Therapy grounded in nature is the ethos that underpins my approach. With over 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sector, including being fully NHS qualified to coach and lead you through a natural transformation using walking therapy and nature. Connecting mind and body to enhance and evolve a better future for you.
I bring a wealth of experience from across science, philosophy, education, and health. Holding a degree and postgraduate qualifications in the sciences and education as well as a rich and varied understanding of traditional and contemporary philosophy.
I am an avid lover of nature and the outdoors, finding peace in every opportunity nature offers. My philosophy is rooted in putting people first and using nature and therapy to create and add meaningful insights to people’s life experiences.
As a fully qualified Mountain Leader, talking therapy can take on a variety of challenges and environments to suit your needs, tailoring all of our therapies to satisfy your personal requirements and level of challenge.
